This section lists the different activities used to build understanding and skills needed to create comprehensive and sustainable EE programs at the state and local level. Currently The EETAP States Program is the major activity focusing on capacity building. It is working with Arizona, California, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah and Washington to support state leaders and organizations to work together and implement enhanced EE training programs. These states will then produce models for other states to aid in their capacity building efforts.
