The purpose of this evaluation was to gather information about the effectiveness of the EETAP programmatic area that could be used to improve future communications/access activities and outcomes. This evaluation focused on communications and access with three key groups: formal educators, non-formal educators, and education policymakers. The evaluation investigated what strategies would be most effective for improving recognition, communicating the importance and value of EE, and improving access to EE materials and services with the three target groups.
